Infection Media:  About us

Infection Media is based in the North East of England and part of the Infection Group of companies.

Although the company was only founded in 2007, we've been designing and building web pages since 1995 so we know a thing or two about the mysteries of the world-wide web.

We began by learning to hand code pages using just a text editor and a copy of Photoshop. These days, we still prefer this rather basic hands-on approach simply because, like our customers, we're nuts and bolts people.

Do we know what we're talking about?

We like to think so. In 2003, our work for Infection Music earned us a prestigious E-Commerce Award, a government-backed competition to encourage small businesses onto the web.

We're not big players and we don't pretend to be. That's why we don't oversell ourselves or use heavy advertising to boast about our services. We prefer to use word-of-mouth through our steadily rising roster of satisfied customers to pass on the message because we feel this is more reliable than any amount of advertising hyperbole.

And neither do we charge the earth for our services. We try to do a good job for a fair price and not many companies will offer that sort of deal to their customers these days.
